While targeting the physically handicapped, there's nothing to prevent your lazy ass from taking home the new touchless keyboard from Actbrise. Well, nothing but $2,573. With the keyboard plugged into your PC, a device worn on the head or other mobile appendage allows the user to navigate the keyboard and mouse. For that price though, you'd best have a fat check from Johnny Gov in hand or your insurance policy paid-up in full.

alright take this piece of inovation for free:
Apple sometime ago patented a monitor with photosensitve elements placed between pixels to enhance contrast and act as a built in camera spanning the whole screen. If the keyboard was displayed onscreen, then the built in camera would capture your eye movements and focus spot.
Now you can create your custom keyboard (read as "command center") since it is a software update away.

NaturalPoint already created a much more intuitive and robust product years ago called SmartNav. You can basically run your entire computer by only using small head movements. There's sells for less than $400 too.
